**ALL RACE PACKS ARE TO BE COLLECTED ON THE DAY**
Race Pack Collection
All entries will be assigned a number. To collect your number you need to make your way down to the collection desks on Saturday morning. It will take around 15 minutes to collect your number. The earlier you get there, the more efficient we will be on the day. You will only need one number attached to the front of your shirt. If you have your own pins then that would be great but we will have supplies if needed.
Your timing chip will also be in the envelope, this needs to be attached to your shoe as per the instructions on the back of the chip. Please make sure you keep your number on at all times during the race. At the finish you can dispose of your chip (we do not need to collect them back).
We will have queue markers on the floor, so please ensure when queuing you are 2m from another runner.
7:15am – 8:15am

You will not be able to run without a race number and chip.
NO CHIP MEANS NO TIME.
When you receive your race packs, please take a couple of minutes to fill out the brief runner Information form which can be found printed on the back of your bib. This will help us greatly in case of an emergency!

By bike – Cycle racks are available at both main entrances to Tatton Park. Please ensure you do not lock your bike to any of the fences on the course.
For this event we will use portaloos, rather than the usual toilets at Tatton Park which will be located in the event village field. Lining up for these toilets will be socially distanced. If you live locally we recommend using toilets at home.
There will be multiple hygiene stations around the event village and start/finish area for all participants to use throughout the event. These will have hand sanitiser, tissue and bins for the disposal of any tissue or litter.
During the race
We will have marshals all around the course as well as KM signs and arrows. If you need to overtake on the course please be sure to take a wide berth around the runner in front.
Spitting and nasal clearance during the race is NOT permitted.
See course map HERE
Due to trying to limit the numbers gathering within the event village area, we please ask that you refrain from bringing spectators to the event.
There will be water provided at the 5k point of the race, and at the finish alongside some post race goodies! We recommend staying hydrated in the lead up to the event.
After the race
Do NOT stop within the finish area. Please continue through the finish until you pass the medals and are in an open space.
There will be sealed ACTIPH water bottles at the finish for each runner to collect along with your medal, Love Corn and Kind Snack bar which will be laid out on tables for you to help yourself.
We ask that once you have collected your medal and water to leave the event village as soon as possible to avoid groups congregating within the event village.
